Lavly Perling has worked at the Office of the Prosecutor General on diferent posts since 1996, including having headed Viru District Prosecutor´s, as well as Northern District Prosecutor´s Offices.

Lavly Perling has graduated from Hugo Treffner Gymnasium and the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu in 1997.

Lavly Perling is married, she is mother of three children.
